We started with recycling all of our cardboard, bottles, cans and aluminum.

It was so easy and did not inconvenience us in any way. It was unbelievable. Almost 70% of our trash was actually recyclable. Throughout the coming weeks we will continue our effort by changing to
environmentally-friendly and energy-efficient products.

This includes switching to bio-degradeable take-out containers, replacing our light bulbs to energy-efficient halogens and flourescents, switching to energy-star equipment whenever possible and using organic food products as often as we can. Going Green, because it's the right thing to do!
