We started with recycling all of our cardboard, bottles, cans and aluminum.

It was so easy, it was unbelievable. More than half of our waste was actually recyclable.We will continue our effort by using environmentally friendly and energy-efficient products.

This includes switching to bio-degradeable take-out containers, replacing our light bulbs to energy-efficient halogens and flourescents, switching to energy-star equipment whenever possible and using organic food products as often as we can.

Going Green, because it's the right thing to do!
